How we handle your information.
This notice explains, in plain language, what happens to the details you send us through this website — written to reflect the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).
Who is responsible
B-Jay System LTD is the data controller for the information you send through this site. We are based at 34, Valentine Obasi Avenue, Idimu, Lagos, Nigeria. You can reach us about privacy at bjaysystemltd@gmail.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to enter in our contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone or WhatsApp number, the divisionyou selected (or “not sure”), and the message describing what you need. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies on this site, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Why we use it
We use your details for a single purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it, and to take the steps you ask for before we might work together (for example, arranging a diagnosis, quote, or discovery call). We do not use your information for anything else.
Who processes it
To operate the site and deliver your message we rely on a small number of service providers who act as our processors:
- Cloudflare — hosts and serves this website and receives your form submission when you send it.
- Resend — delivers your message from the website to our inbox as an email.
- Google (Gmail) — the mailbox provider where we receive and read your message.
Because of how these services operate, your form submission is processed on servers outside Nigeria. By sending the form you are asking us to reply, which involves this transfer.
We do not sell your data
We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it beyond the processors above who help us receive and reply to your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only as long as we need it: to hold the conversation, to carry out any work you engage us for, and to meet our own legal and record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed for those reasons, we delete it.
How we protect it
The site is served over encrypted connections, submissions travel over secure links to our processors, and access to the mailbox is limited to people at B-Jay System who need it to reply to you.
Your rights
Under the NDPA you can ask us to:
- Access the information we hold about you;
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- Delete your information when we no longer need it; and
- Object to our use of it.
