Do you charge just to look at a device?
You get a written diagnosis and a price before any chargeable repair starts. If there's a diagnostic fee, we say so up front. Surprises belong in birthdays, not invoices.
Will you just tell me to restart it?
Yes, we will ask if you restarted it. Then we find the actual fault. And if you'd rather never have this conversation again, a support plan with monitoring catches most problems before they interrupt your day.
